Responsible for importing raw materials throughout various international markets (China, Malaysia, United States, United Kingdom, Colombia, among others). Negotiate all commercial conditions with international suppliers and traders. Prepare purchase orders, email them to suppliers and/or traders to begin importing process. Follow up on all import orders until the goods are delivered at final destination and settle possible unforeseen issues throughout the process.

Head of all the company's foreign trade actions. Prospect new international customers for the sale and export of the company's products. Negotiate all commercial conditions with B2B customers using English and Spanish via email and phone. Manage customer complaints regarding the export flow and/or product quality. Carry out the exchange rate transaction with the bank in order for the money to be converted and deposited into company’s account.
