In this role, I am tasked with the evaluation and rollout of performance management suites, with ultimate responsibility for performance engineering activities, leading the technical team and collaborating with international teams and external parties. I also perform task and resource planning to ensure proper allocation of resources.

As the lead of this group, I planned, implemented and executed load and performance tests and setup best practices for software test, test automation and performance engineering services, I also identified bottlenecks and led the test engineering group in planning, implementing and executing required performance tests. I also communicated test results up the management chain. Additionally, I planned and allocated resources to meet established goals in a timely manner.

In this role, I executed duties involving the evaluation and rollout of performance test suites, performance monitoring suites and conducting performance tests of different applications. I also trained colleagues in performance management competencies. Moreover, I monitored Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to ensure service and business success.

Serving in this position, I successfully led the development team in the implementation and execution of a test automation management framework, a floating license server and the test case definition language. I also trained testers in the use of the test management suite
