Responsible for driving the implementation of the sourcing strategy, vendor management and vendor governance in accordance with the business aligned IT strategy. He coordinates all activities with central functions (e.g. Legal, Tax, Corporate Security & Business Continuity, ORM, Global Sourcing). He implements standards, processes and tools provided by Group to ensure an efficient vendor selection process and steering along all key elements: contract & financial management, service & performance management.

During this period he worked in several cross functional projects as BanCorreos Project Management Office Responsible (Runner-up Financial News IT awards in category Best IT Department of the Year 2007)

Head of Equities, Fixed Income, Capital Markets & Derivatives IT. During that time he worked closely in a global multimillion euro IT Custody implementation and Re-engeniering Operations Program Responsible for Domestic Custody Operations.

Director of Zaragoza and Andorra Offices. Including resource management (until 200 resources) business plan & sales strategy development. He worked in several positions and he successfully managed important projects like Euro, Y2K, Capital Markets, Credit, Payments, Current Accounts, General Ledger, etc..
