My role consists of analysing demand trends to optimise sales value, customer service and supply chain efficiencies across the business. I am responsible for planning, execution and management of the forecast for the whole Sandoz product portfolio, being a key liaison between sales in Retail, Biopharmaceuticals, Hospital and Respiratory in conjunction with supply chain and finance

I managed the forecast for the Knorr product range in Ireland and the U.K, working with Customer Account Managers, Customer Replenishment Specialists and Brand Builders to capture forecast information and input relevant demand signals to drive the correct production levels. I also Worked with Marketing over new product launches/ discontinuations and range rationalisation decisions.

I worked collaboratively with global Sales and Marketing to capture future demand and generate an unconstrained forecast by Sales channel/Product category/SKU for a range of Genetic Engineering/Cell Biology products which consisted of 2800 SKUs in Total. This involved working closely with the Supply Planner and Operations to manage inventory control and replenishment strategies and proactively capturing new sales opportunities throughout our distribution channels in Europe, U.S and Asia.

I was responsible for the forecasting and statistical analysis of the DBA brands which consist of Wonderbra, Playtex and Shock absorber. I managed the U.K supply and order fulfillment, demand planning and inventory planning which involves liaising and building strong working relationships with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Planning, The Customer Service department and Senior Management.

I was responsible for managing their supply and distribution of Duracel throughout the U.K. The role required me to communicate with the supplier unit and distribution center to coordinate the supply of goods as efficiently as possible. During my time I also worked on a project to incorporate two Distribution centers into one which involved re aligning the systems while still ensuring maximum availability on a daily basis.

This job role required me to review plans in order to produce robust water service connection designs to serve new developments. Tasks included in this role consist of liaising with site surveyors, payment coordinators and architects while using numerous programs in order to manage each project.
