Developed logistic regression churn models for seven products. Improved data quality by implementing basic SPC techniques to the Sequel Server database loads. Improved retention offer take rates from 42% to 85%, and increased retention time by 75%. Optimized a SAS program that generated a daily customer table used by a dozen analysts. The original program required 7 hours to run. The new version ran in 45 minutes, yielding the same results.

Developed an expert system program to data mine for dropped cell phone calls, analyze the CDMA code and determine the root cause of the drop and recommend a solution. This program tracked dropped calls in 45 markets and saved the company 5 million dollars a month. Developed a statistical and geometry based algorithm to calculate the geo location of the mobile to within 10 feet from the phone reported chip delay.

Led statistical analysis for Assured Access to Space by upgrading all SPC programs to insure all processes involved in the manufacture of rocket engines are in control. Recommended design changes to a rocket engine thrust control valve, which eliminated instability at maximum thrust.

Served as a statistics and computer expert for 110 to 250 engineers and scientists in research and 1700 to 3500 professionals in eleven manufacturing plants.
