Responsible for Lean Management and Manufacturing Engineers (Production Engineers) at the Hella production plant in Hamm with approximately 1.200 employees.

Responsible for the Manufacturing Engineers (Production Engineers) of the Radar production department at the Hella production plant in Hamm with approximately 1.200 employees. The Manufacturing Engineers are responsible for the planning, supervision and optimisation of all production machines and processes in this production area.

Responsible for all lighting electronics series projects at the Hella production plant in Recklinghausen with approximately 1.000 employees and responsible for all Build to Print projects in the Hella lighting electronics division worldwide.

Responsible for the planning of new processes and operating equipment for the lighting electronics production department (LED modules for headlights) at the Hella production plant in Recklinghausen with approximately 1.000 employees.

The Quality Purchased Parts department is responsible for ensuring the quality of purchased parts at the Hella production plant in Hamm with approximately 1.200 employees.
