Managed and assisted in the implementation of a leasing workflow system for the largest REIT/REOC in Canada with over 150 projects, 110 million square feet of office space in the United States and Canada.

- Consult with clients and Business Partners: plan and manage implementation; deliver end user and system administrator training, oversee conversion and rollout. - Conduct formal training of Business Partner and client personnel in the use and features of the LEASE. - Assess current best practices, propose modifications/enhancements to those practices, train end users, administer rollout of new business practices. - Prepare and conduct custom demonstrations for executives and leasing staff.
