As the C.T.O. of the region further responsibility for build up of technological compitance and build up of R&D centres in the region, further in inculcating a inovation culture in the region, the number of patents have since risen by 12 %. Finished to establish a brand new R and D centre for Schaeffler Japan, this is now fully functional.
