Overall project management of VIAMO, successful mobile payments startup and integration with VUB banka and Tatra banka.

Managing of startup project – SIM based mobile electronic signature, identity and authorization. The mobile payment stream resulted to establishment of the new company VIAMO a.s.

Responsible PM for Utility SAP projects.

Project lead and project consulting in several projects in the areas of Business intelligence, Risk management, SAP Treasury.

Lead of Global technology services department with 15 people. Responsible for project portfolio delivery, project budgeting and supervising, business development of new opportunities.

Lead of IT projects, mainly on IT infrastructure upgrades, application development, consulting services for banking sector (Tatra banka, Volksbank, Unicredit) and IT infrastructure consolidation for government and Industry. Responsible for solution design and solution delivery.

Test project leader, Development project leader in SW development of GSM and UMTS core switching. International projects with size of 30 – 130 person years for Germany (DT mobil), Russia Beeline/Vimpelcom), China (CMCC, UNICOM) and Indonesia (Satelindo). Managing international project teams with 30 – 110 people. Participation and responsible for projects start decision process, project setup and planning, lead of SW development, test, piloting onsite, handover to operations, support to onsite operations.
