After the facility was operational, I found suppliers, selected workers and trained them on this system. For meeting the owner’s expectations, I was offered the position of regional manager. Currently, I operate the entire Hram032 PVC Trade company branch in Belgrade and in Vojvodina province. The company has 72 branches and distributers in Serbia, and sold 70 000 windows in 2012.

I worked as an independent associate. I worked with the following companies, bringing them projects, and doing project management for them. - Si-Line - Ferometal – Inter - Daxon - Hram 032 PVC Trade - Profine-Group - Kaban Makina

My job was to find investors and projects, then to manage and supervise them from the offer stage through to installation and payment. In the meantime, I always worked on improvements. The company owners, accepted my ideas and after 3 months, I became General Manager of the company. At the beginning the company had 24 workers, but after 2 years, the company had grown to 80 workers (including office, production line and in the field staff)

My job was to find new market and clients for the new product. Besides that, I lead and organized the team of programmers. In communication with clients, we have been developing the software in a way that it could solve their practical and everyday problems in their companies. Besides Serbia, I exported the software to Macedonia, Bosnia Herzegovina and Montenegro as well.
