- Identified, evaluated, proposed, adapted and deployed IT solutions for the HR Process throughout Unilever’s Latin American operations (19 countries). - Ensured operational continuity of HR PMC activities in Chile headquarters (i.e. systems support, management of sub-contractors, contract negotiations).

- Planned and carried out preparatory work (functional specifications, capital proposals, budgets, etc.) necessary for the implementation of the LA UVPS system throughout Latin America. Once work was completed and approved, also distributed and presented it among key stakeholders in order to garner the necessary organizational support.
