Main responsibilities: Start-up of new manufacturing processes for the launch of new products taking into account Safety, Productivity and Quality requirements (Concept design / equipment and fixture adjustments). Steer and develop Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Plan according to the TPM concepts. Lead implementation of Total Quality tools. Steer development of FMEA’s and Control Plans.

In charge of a team of 96 people structured on 6 Integrated Manufacturing Teams (IMT’s) achieving goals of Production, Quality, Safety, Moral and Environment. Conducting Kaizen exercises with the aim of a Headcount reduction 5% per year reduction. Analysis of bottleneck reducing cycle time of lines 2 seconds per year. Continuous Improvement of manufacturing measurables. Leadership of projects Six Sigma Green Belt for cost reduction. Establishment of the Lean Manufacturing philosophy.

Coordinator of the Launch Team (skilled people) in the Underbody Area of the Valencia Bodyshop Plant. Supervision of the installation process carried out by the suppliers along the different phases of the launch with the aim to achieve Job 1 according to the established plan. New Technologies Training: Identify and prioritize new technologies coming with the new lines. Establish, together with the supplier, main subjects to train per technology. Schedule skilled people training plan to meet to Job 1.

Develop documentation associated to product and process changes. Productivity and quality problems analysis. Action plan follow-up (PDCA). Contact person in the VEP with Group Staff for the introduction of product changes. Responsible for processing and tracking the Master Schedule of the Assembly Area in the
