Coordinate crew supervisors, foremen, and approximately 60 construction workers. Write and present project progress reports.

-In charge of the Prevention and Failure Analysis of the 220 Trucks Fleet, using RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis) Methodology, coordinate and support failure analysis sessions, and track implementation of recommendations. -In charge of the technical analysis on the homologation process and local parts manufacturing process. -In charge of searching, share and make the required tests of new technology to use in all the mining equipment in order to gain reliability.

-In charge of the planning, programs and preventive maintenance and/or necessary corrective measures so that the 12 shovel fleet can operate in a safe, reliable and costs-efficient way, in agreement with the mining plan. -Taking care of the conditions of the components and parts of the equipment and carrying out the evaluations and analysis of the execution of plans. -In charge of ensuring the availability and reliability of the equipment. Elaboration of the annual budget and inventory control.
