Responsible for the delivery and continuous improvement of Kia’s pan-European after-sales software platforms across 13 markets. Act as IT Product Owner and main interface between business stakeholders and engineering teams, managing projects end to end from requirements to deployment and operations. Lead distributed Agile teams across Europe, Korea, and India, drive CI/CD and cloud initiatives, oversee system integrations, and ensure application security and operational stability.

As a factory coordinator, I managed, monitored and controlled several projects. Kept a dynamic plan for the distribution and tracking of resources. Also, I solved major issues with the customers, controlled the performance indicators and budget execution. As an SQA Leader, I enhanced the maturity model for processes across the software factory with the certification CMMI. Provided SQA guidance. Ensured the total quality of the lifecycle development process through a continuous audit of the projects.

As a Technical Leader, I managed software projects, led teams, made analysis, design, and integration for the Treasury Department at Colombia's Central Bank. I planned, organized and managed requisites, and proposed software solutions working closely with development teams on-site and in factories to develop and maintain Web applications. As a Software Developer, I proposed, analyzed, designed, and developed software for the centralized bank services among six banks that integrate the AVAL group.

I designed, develop and delivered software solutions for the application components and java artifacts for the conservation, actualization, formation and commercial appraisals modules in the National Cadastral System of Colombia (SNC).
