Contributed to the structural development, justification, and validation of a reusable space capsule, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams including Design, Manufacturing, Propulsion, Thermal, Testing, and AIT. Led the structural analysis and implementation of the back-shield panels for the Nyx Earth prototype, coordinating across departments to support the mechanical testing campaign.

Play a key role in performing structural analyses and assessments to ensure the integrity and performance of critical components in electric propulsion projects. Collaborate cross-functional teams, including thermal management, manufacturing and testing. - Led the analysis of a critical design feature, evaluating thermal behavior and the impact of induced stresses under non-nominal operating conditions, while assessing its effects on the overall system performance.

Conducted structural analysis and FEM modeling for aircraft cabin and cargo components, including load case and stress reporting. Reviewed supplier documentation and supported validation activities for turbine engine subsystems, ensuring compliance with CS-25 certification standards. Developed load cases and prepared structural stress reports for the A321XRL cargo loading system, including consolidation of prior substantiation data for certification documentation.

Offering expertise in structural analysis methodologies, industry regulations, and best practices, contributed significantly to achieving the milestones required by clients for lavatory projects. Additionally, provided guidance and mentorship to my team members and collaborated closely with other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects. Led structural investigations of non-compliant lavatory configurations and proposed viable design alternatives to meet certification requirements.

• By modeling and analyzing aircraft components with FEM simulations detecting design flaws and weak structural points. • Actively proposing modifications under the EASA regulations by changes on materials and key dimensions in the pre-development phase. • As part of research related activities on composite materials, our new design led to an expected overall weight reduction of 8% of the final component.

• Detailed design and construction of heating device by combining chemical reactions and the flow behavior on a catalytic micro-combustion process. • This prototype developed achieve pollutants reduction on 90% and dropped the required energy used down to a 50%. • All the analysis of the thermo-chemical and fluid-dynamics phenomenon were done by means of CFD. • Tutoring the aeronautical students were several projects reached early development stages on scientific dissemination events.

• As part of an earned internship/scholarship the conceptual design of an urban wind turbine for low-speed winds was completed. • The energetic sizing analysis and wind currents potential of the country were analyzed and characterized with the use of computer aided tools.
