Offshore development center (ODC) -Airbus Fuselage Design Center-India. • On job training in updating Mechanical System Installation (MSI) brackets and its drawings for A380 in CATIA V4. • On job training for daily repairs using Structural repair manual(SRM) for different programs- A320, A330 & A340. • Undergone training in CCD for modification of repairs deviating from SRM.

Permanent Role, Aerospace Sheet Metal Manufacturing. • FEM analysis through PAM-STAMP for conceptual phase of tool design. • Complete tool die set design for hot forming using CAD software- Solidworks. • Creating detail design for Machining of the tools.. • Support production unit for setting up the process parameters for the forming press.

I was a part of various research projects for Major European aircraft manufacturer; wherein I supported activity as below: •FEM analysis through PAM-STAMP for Hot Deep Drawing and Super Plastic forming (SPF) for Feasibility and Formability of the process. For parts in titanium alloys, aluminium alloys and hybrid parts constructed from titanium and composites (Carbon fiber reinforced plastics). •Study of final part geometry. •Influencing tool design with results.

Permanent Role-Aviation Offshore development center (ODC) -Airbus Fuselage Design Center-India. Deputed to Engineering Department, MAP (Mise au point), AIRBUS, Saint Nazaire, France. • Worked in Concession project NCF (Nose and center Fuselage), Airbus A380. • Focal point for A380 Nose Fuselage Work package; Coordinating and supporting the different entities of the team in India and Germany to ease integration of work.

Deputed to Front Fuselage Group, Aircraft Research and Design Centre (A.R.D.C), (HAL). The team involved in design and development of Doors and covers assembly for INTERMEDIATE JET TRAINER (IJT) aircraft
