Issues with bookings resolving and property’s training about our booking management softwares.

Processing of orders for all these markets (eye surgery devices and products, optical liquids) through SAP, checking prices, delivery priorities, billing details, payment terms, transporting conditions). Orders could be received by fax, email or phone directly from the customers or through sales reps or local markets (70 orders average per day).
