Between 2009-2016 I held the role of HR MD at IT Services Hungary, under my leadership the company grew from 1,200 to 4,400 FTE. I expanded the operations in three new Hungarian locations (Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs, the latter from 0 to 450+). I implemented an employee and mid-management training program that is recognized as an outstanding platform in the shared services sector. In 2015 I was recognized as 5th among the Top 25 ICT Leaders in Hungary.

Founder of Convergys Hungary, from 2004 I led the green field implementation of the HR shared service center in Budapest as a Managing Director and Director of EMEA Employee Care Operations. After transitioning various HR processes the center provided services to European subsidiaries of multinational companies in 11 languages to 24 countries.
