As senior in-house English counsel for the Unicreditgroup I advise across product lines with an emphasis on project finance, corporate finance and other structured finance products, trade and export finance and debt restructuring. I also worked for several years in private practice at leading global law firms in London and Budapest. This gives me a broad range of finance experience and an ability to see the wider picture in deal making. I am qualified to practice in England & Wales and Hungary.

- As English and Hungarian counsel advised commercial lenders and multilaterals on several cross-border project financings in the CEE/SEE. - Managed and worked on a variety of banking transactions, ranging from the provision of credit facilities to investment grade borrowers to acquisition financings and debt restructurings. - Generated deals to build Allen & Overy's English law finance practice in the CEE/SEE region.

- As English counsel advised on debt financing in the CIS, Africa and Latin-America. - Experience in bilateral and syndicated lending, secured lending, emerging markets and trade finance transactions acting for both banks and corporate clients. - Managed transactions, including coordinating and managing work of local counsel.

- Advised on structuring and documenting corporate and project finance transactions. - Broad range of financing experience in Central - Eastern Europe and the CIS in the infrastructure, power, manufacturing, agribusiness and financial institutions sectors.

- Advised on general commercial matters, European and Hungarian antitrust law and intellectual property law. - Represented clients in state courts in a wide range of commercial disputes and intellectual property litigation.
