Main area of work were Private Equity/M&A transactions, there namely acquisitions/sales as well as participations in listed companies. Further areas of work included in particular advise on capital market law, corporate governance and post M&A Litigation matters as well as finance and restructuring matters and the implementation of new corporate structures.
