Project lead to implement on premises hosted SharePoint platforms to enable program internal and external document collaboration. IT due diligence lead on business owned IT infrastructure and their applications.

IT Business Partner for the Communication department. Airbus representative for the IT collaboration applications in a carve-out project. Sub-project leader to identify and verify possible collaboration tools. Project lead to implement on-premises application to organize meetings. IT support for events organized by the communication department.

IT Business Partner for the Marketing and Communication community including identification of areas where IT can support business plans and monitoring the impact. Collection of IT business requirements from the Business Partners, including questioning, analysis and verification whether the requirements can be realized and implemented. Management of IT projects for the Communication and Marketing community, e.g. Contact & Event Management and e-Portfolio.

Development of IT instructions and processes for Joint Ventures and M&As. Joint Venture support and coordination of IT relevant activities for the setup of JVs / M&As. Evaluation of standard solution blocks and how to give JVs access to the IT infrastructure. Management of projects derived from JV, M&A and globalization activities. PMO of internal IT improvement program.

Programme Management Office for improvement initiative within Supply Management. Support implementation of Sourcing Performance Measurement in the Business Units. Management of SharePoint community.

Programme Management Office of Supply Management improvement program. Training supervisor for apprentices in Supply Management. Support management of the common Supply Management infrastructure as administrator (e.g. common drive, SharePoint, Intranet homepage). Coordination and active support of Supply Management internal and external communication and reporting activities. Assistant to the CPO and his team.
