Our main task is to provide infrastructure, work spaces and all associated services to fulfill business needs while ensuring the best value for Airbus. These activities include: - Building and Construction - Technical Facility Services and Energy - General Site Services and Security - Strategic Site Development

• Define and implement a supplier management strategy, focusing on improvement of performance, internal customer satisfaction and savings • Support corporate projects for business improvement (incl. lean and six sigma) • Lead a transnational team with the following responsibilities in our function: o Risk management (Enterprise Risk Management) + ethic and compliance o Performance measurement and reporting o Internal communication o Quality processes and documentation

- Direct a transnational team to manage relationships with main internal customers at top management level - Lead the site master planning process management team of 6 people covering 11 sites and 4 countries - Define and implement business improvement activities involving CapEx planning and risk management - Develop and coordinate a team of 6 people for strategy for competence development and learning for 580 employees

- Defined and implemented energy strategy for more than 22 sites across Europe, including supply and contracts, low carbon energy generation and energy efficiency projects - Led the energy efficiency transnational lighting project, focused on optimizing consumption and implementation of new technologies, generating potential savings of 4.2 million € per year

- Managed 4 projects part of the largest sampling program in Latin America, with the objective to expand the consumer base, resulting in 4.8% company growth in 2007 - Tested and launched SNICKERS King Size in Mexico obtaining a higher than expected 4% of market share after the first 4 months - Developed of product packing and logistic strategy to reduce inventories by 30 % at shop floor and improve rotation - Participated in 2 assessment centers obtaining 2 promotions in 2 years
