In my practice I provide advice on all aspects of white collar crime- , business-, tax- and environmental offences as well as criminal litigation. I conduct in- and external investigations triggered by regulatory- and law enforcement authorities. Compliance advice and authoring respective guidelines are another important pillar of my legal practice. I built up the criminal litigation department in Frankfurt which is now consisting out of 4 lawyers.

I was a public prosecutor with the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Regional Court in Wiesbaden between 1992 and 1999 and worked for many years in the departments handling business, fiscal and environmental offences. During this period, I was able to gain valuable experience in the prosecution of business, fiscal and environmental law offences in both national and international criminal proceedings.
