Role included development and implementation of growth strategies in international markets (EU, US, Asia), the development of new business areas, sales strategies for CAD/CAM direct sales and dealer organizations, product management, global marketing incl. international product launches, business development, customer events, market research, business unit finance & controlling. Reporting directly to CEO.

Led a company that developed and marketed satellite receiving equipment and accessories for IT and consumer electronics. Revenue 65+ M EUR, 140 employees. MBI Manager, full P&L responsibility, marketing, sales, service, business development and go-to-market strategies.

Managed two sales companies for household appliances with five brands (AEG, Electrolux, Juno, Zanussi, Zoppas), which I restructured and merged into one Electrolux company. Turnover EUR 70 million, 180 employees. Full profit and loss responsibility, marketing, sales and service. Reporting to EVP Europe.
