This included marketing communications & brand management, digital marketing incl. social media & digital lead management, strategic planning, business development, market research, public relations, trade show & event management, clinical & commercial training. Lead an international marketing team of 300 professionals. Reporting to COO and later to CEO.

    Business Unit management for CAD/CAM incl. full global P&L responsibility with revenues of US$ 250 M. Role included development and implementation of growth strategies in international markets (EU, US, Asia), the development of new business areas, sales strategies for CAD/CAM direct sales and dealer organizations, product management, global marketing incl. international product launches, business development, customer events, market research, business unit finance & controlling. Reporting directly to CEO.
