Leading User Interface development to provide reusable and cost efficient user experience implementations, tools for developers, and making communication smoother between teams and units. Recruiting, developing, and managing a team of frontend developers, and while making them respected across different business units, tackled challenges such as splitting monolith code base into several individual packages. Nokia acquired Comptel in Jan 2018.
