Farmlands Co-operative is a $2.4 billion company supplying products and services to the rural sector in New Zealand. I manage the procurement for the chemical, horticulture, apparel, nutrition, equine, household and IT categories of products. Responsible for contract value of over $200 million.

Set up the supply chain processes for Enable Networks to roll out an ultra-fast fibre broadband network to over 180,000 premises. Responsible for the procurement of products and services, purchasing, logisitics and freight. I managed the design and manufacturing of a new telecommunications cabinet and won the Enable Networks Innovation award in 2014.

Set up the factory and supply chain to build 500kW wind turbines. This included sourcing facilities, procurement of products and services, purchasing, quality control, assembly, testing and freight. I managed the production of 92 wind turbines.

TL Jones Ltd is a world-leading developer, manufacturer and supplier of elevator passenger safety, control and information equipment. I managed the assembly in Christchurch, New Zealand and the manufacturing of components in China. I managed the manufacturing, assembly and testing, procurement of products and services, purchasing, international logistics and freight.

Planned and managed the global inventory to support the Hardware Services Department. Responsibilities included the ramp up of 3G network components and planned the ramp down of Nokia's largest product group. Managed the global logistics to have products returned for repair or refurbishment and re-stocked in international warehouses.
