Leader of a team of 20 local engineers for shop drawings realisation. I have engaged technical discussions in different languages, conducted internal and client meetings. I ensured the development of the company structure, formation process, team management and planning. I engaged the modernization of the quality control with new feedback procedures. I was involved in 12 different projects (bridges and tunnels) and had to coordinate the progression with the client (QDVC) for the NOH2 Highway in Doha.
