The main purpose of my job is to build and maintain commercial relations with the Indirect Sales Channels in order to increase market reach for Ericsson products and services portfolio and to position Ericsson as the preferred OEM for Partners. Support KAs with the opportunity acquisition at the customer or prospect via Indirect Sales Channels. To implement and to develop Indirect Sales Program towards Partners assigned.

• Drive sales and manage business activities in EMEA through sales channels • Managing existing partnerships and launching new partners; negotiating contract renewals. • Develop business plans with the partners, forecasting • Direct sales (including account management) in EMEA region; negotiation and signing of the license agreements with customers; control of the customers' financial obligations • Interaction with engineering, providing customers and partners with a feedback about SPIRIT solutions

Partner manager for Russia and Commonwealth of Independent States: • Prime contact for partners in all questions regarding IBM Maximo product line • Identify, court, sign and develop new partners • Drive revenue through existing sales channels • Develop business plans with the partners • Track and forecast revenue in line with the company procedures • Planning and executing of marketing events • Coordination of technical training for consultants
