international and local purchasing engineer, responsible for purchasing of non-production-materials e.g. machines, spare parts, tooling, materials and so on, take up price negotiations with suppliers, control and trace the delivery status, organize the import & export customs clearance, arrange the local and international transportation, supervise the goods arrival in time and handle with payment, familiar with procurement, export & import process and international transportation regulations.
