Banquet operation: 7 function rooms a Ballroom with 300m² with meetings for up to 200, dinners up to 190. Effectively manage the daily operations of the Banquet Department, including providing support and guidance to service banquet personnel for successful and effective operations ending in a positive guest experience. Responsible for the appropriate and timely set up of meetings, coffee breaks, cocktails and dinners while maintaining standards of food, beverage and event specifications.

Banquet operation: 6 function rooms with meetings from 2-150, dinners up to 170 also larger outside event options. Overseeing teams of up to 20 persons. Managing the daily operations of the Banquet Department, including providing support and guidance to service banquet personnel for successful and effective operations ending in a positive guest experience. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure that all event specifications are communicated to and executed by all hotel operating departments.

Coordinating activities of pantry, storeroom, and non-cooking kitchen workers as well as purchases, kitchen supplies, and equipment. Inspecting kitchens, workrooms, storerooms and equipment for cleanliness and order. Coordinating work of such as dishwashing, silver cleaning, distribution chemical. Communicating with Manager or catering department concerning banquet arrangements for food service, equipment. Responsible for payroll,rota, inventories of china, silverware, and glassware.
