Responsible for the process of Coating Machine with speed of 1200 m/min, making top quality specialty paper. Development of new/ alternative raw materials, developing new suppliers, realization of process improvements, support for the production team. Team member in developing new paper products to speacialty market.

• Technical development of new accounts in the pulp and paper segment. • After sales responsibility for stablished accounts: full technical assistance. • Improving financial performance with the use of more profitable products without affecting final application and improving customer satisfaction.

• Coordination of quality processes, environment and laboratories with a bottom line focus. • Planning and strategical definition of the service areas in line with the company master plan, internal rules and applicable laws. • Project coordination, process improvements, negotiation with suppliers and team work. Focus in performance analysis, diagnose and scan of the resources needed to achieve results. • Planning and realization of specific trainings with the working teams.

• Assistance to all subjects related to production, quality and utilities of the factory. • Interface between board and direct employees, to treat about all subjects related to the departments. • During this period I was intern in the Dutch headquarters to visit and get to know all the factories, production methods and technologies applied (chemical and equipment).
