    Providing personalized programs for expatriates spouses and children, living in an international mobility context is one of the key task which I achieve on every day basis. Non-adaptation of expats' spouses to their "new country" and mis-management of cultural differences produces catastrophic move back of the family to its home country which is known to be the number one factor of expatriation failure. Providing sufficient support to those families is the key element for expatriation success.

    Students attending those lectures learn how to identify key cross-cultural differences and how they may affect French companies doing business on the global market, how to facilitate cooperation but also how to avoid conflicts or more generally how to develop cross-cultural awareness in order to minimize misunderstanding and communication issues due to cultural differences. Those seminars are based on practice and understanding of international mobility experiences of students.

The challenge was to find the most effective ways to support people with enduring psychiatric disabilities to develop and then fulfill their own and unique aspiration.
