Within the Celesio ERP Programm, I have joined the IT Audit team in charge of the Project Quality Assurance. My principal tasks are: - Defining and reviewing stage gates and stage gate criteria. - Flagging of identified key risks & issues. - Support of preparation and presentation of audit / quality assurance results to different stakeholders including Senior Management. - Evaluation of audit results and development of robust recommendations.

In parallel of the ERP implementation project, Celesio AG is setting up a SAP Center of Excellence to insure the support of the applications. As part as the Service Transition department , I am involved in the design and set up of the Center of Excellence. As we are outsourcing part of the activity of the Center of Excellence, I have coordinated the tender process and am currently in charge of the Transition with the new provider.

I work on the SAP (MM, SD, CS, PP, FI) roll out project in subsidiaries of the group. Full life cycle for Gap Analysis to Support post Go-Live. In charge of project management, Customization, Training of end-users and documentation. The first roll out was carried in June 2014 in the United Kingdom , the second roll out was in Poland in January 2015, then the integration of the recently bought Scottish entity to the UK.
