Doctoral assistant in the laboratory of Prof. Joerg Huelsken, EPFL, "Asymmetric Cell Divisions in the Skin”. During the PhD study, I’ve generated several transgenic mouse lines and knock-out mice. I’ve set up the condition for the live imaging of murine embryonic skin development and my study showed that asymmetric cell divisions of basal keratinocytes could be either horizontal or vertical to the basal membrane.

Master thesis in Solimena’s Group, TUD, “Translocation of ICA512 and STAT5b into the Nucleus of Pancreatic beta-cells: Toward Understanding Their Translocation mechanism”. I identified the interaction domain of the protein, ICA512, with another protein, STAT5b.

Research assistant in virus lab in NTU Hospital, “Analysis of Ganciclovir (GCV) Susceptibility and Resistant echanism of Human Cytomegalovirus (hCMV) isolates”. I screened for GCV resistant hCMV strains from clinical patients.
