I steer the source controller handling system and data acquisition equipment, ensuring all devices adequately maintained and calibrated through close and meticulous monitoring. I regularly verified maintenance & servicing schedules to ensure all data delivered correctly without risk of error in accordance with client project requirements. Key Contribution: • Delivered robust assistance regarding launch & recovery of streamers from vessels & workboats in often challenging and rough weather conditions.

I performed end-to-end functions regarding maintaining all in-sea recording equipment, and a key member of a cohesive team responsible for the launch and recovery of streamers from the ocean. I conducted maintenance works and troubleshooting of on-board and workboat streamers in accordance with technical documentation procedures. I contributed daily toolbox meetings, and supervised teams of four workboat operators for on-sea equipment maintenance and the safe transfer of crew and equipment.

I tested products and validated components through to the commercialisation stage, successfully constructing test cells with the use of engineering manuals, drawings, and test rigs, and creating modifications as required. I co-ordinated with project engineers, worked closely with research departments, and supported the R&D project team and mechanical engineering team's efforts, often to short or tight deadlines.

I conducted on vehicle diagnostic and checking engine management system, Abs error, and airbags with a senior technician. I addressed and resolved all customer queries, and complaints with regards to their vehicles. I delivered constructive leadership and management expertise in dealing with daily services and repair of customers’ vehicles. Key Contributions: • Improved customer satisfaction rate significantly by improving customer communication  process with the technician.

I analysed mechanical faults in brakes, gears, fuel pumps, engines, transmission and engine rebuild. I detected problems in newer vehicles by testing equipment connected to the vehicle’s Electronic control unit (ECU). I rendered analytical and communication skills while co-ordinating with customers and advise them on the repairs needed and how critical they are by providing time and cost estimates for jobs. I developed the ability to work independently.
