Deputy tasks as brach manager, such as ensuring the achievement of the sales and quality plans objectives; monitoring and increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Co-operation with customers. Ensuring branch office with technical and economic resources.

Revision of the customer’s credit card's complaints (mainly international complaints). Maintaining contacts and co-operation with local and foreign banks. Establishing new contacts with other bank specialists.

Serving of the co-operation bank’s customers in regard to bank's payment cards. Revising and solving the problematical situations.
