- Project planning and executing with suppliers within Europe and Asia for chassis commodities. - Risk management to assure appropriate actions are in place to minimize the impact on the timing plan. - Lead the suppliers’ development from the nomination to mass production, including quality validation of parts, volume verification (capacity), root cause analysis, and design change management. - Cascade key product characteristics to suppliers and assure they are reflected in the supplier’s quality system.

Responsible for the quality maturation of new models (City hatchback and City Sedan) development by conducting complex technical investigations before mass production. - Assisting, reviewing and approving on timely basis PPAP submissions by the suppliers - Providing technical support to ensure supplied parts quality at launch - Conducting supplier readiness reviews through project reviews and process audit at the supplier location as well as at internal manufacturing locations

Engineer of chassi's category (Parts Quality Department) responsible for the direct management of 21 local suppliers in two plants (Sumaré and Itirapina) and international suppliers from different sources: USA, Mexico, Thailand, India, Indonesia, Japan and China.
