As a key member of a pre-sales client facing team, I am responsible for: o understanding of customer business requirements and evaluating the customer compelling events; o determining which criteria form the underlying foundation upon which the solution will be based. I build confidence with the customer and support an account team in selling the solution. I am also leading the production of a corresponding strategy, design, overall written proposal and cost structure

Provide presales design support for any complexity solutions for both new and existing customers. Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge of telecom products, services and solutions sets. Actively participate in the tendering process and development of proposals in line with customer needs. Present proposal to internal communities as required as well as to customers. Support the development of customer SLAs and Service Delivery Kits.

My everyday duties and responsibilities are communication with customers and making a proposals based on customers needs in scope of IP Telephony and networking. For this proposals I use an Avaya, Cisco and HP technologies.
