Research and Development of UX/UI.

During 4 years of self-employment I worked mostly as a hired product owner and team lead: I took relatively large web-projects (up to 2.000.000 Euro), used my network of trusted developers and designers, created product development teams and worked as a project manager and single point of truth between customers and my dev teams. Responsible for all aspects of a company's life: staffing, customer relations, establishing of development, planning, bringing product to life, supporting it years afterwards, etc.

Front-End development of fressnapf.de. Qualitative and quantitative research and analysis. Rapid prototyping. Alignment and co-steering of external international development agencies. Deputy of product owner. Personally responsible for coding conventions across all dev teams and overall front-end architecture.

Personally responsible for research and analysis of user requirements, user journeys, UI design and prototyping, testing. Personally responsible for steering international team of developers. Co-authoring of user stories and KPIs with product owner.

Full personal responsibility for architecture and development of site's front-end. Development of coding / architectural conventions for both internal and external teams. Commitment in the development of popular framework "Bootstrap" - thousands of programmers across the world using versions 2x and 3x of Bootstrap have my code running on their machines :)

Development of both UI and Front-End for various online applications and sites. Development of own CMS, E-Mail Marketing System, of registration systems for the ministry of internal affairs of Germany, information systems for G7/8 summit of 2007, web-sites of federal ministries. Personally responsible for designing and developing of an analysing and sorting system of the german prime court (providing search and sorting of more than 100.000 archived documents since 1880).

Personally responsible for the newly created department of web-development under the wings of a classical IT-Services company. I was responsible for all aspects of hiring developers, customer relations, product development and support. With my team we created multiple promotional websites, couple of online-shops, developed our own content management system and booking service.

3-month internship to accommodate to the way of working in Germany. During this period I mostly worked on simple illustrations for Douglas Beauty and personally developed a multi-user learning system based on the Macromedia Director (Lingo)

As a student I worked in a Media Center of the university, mostly designing and developing "Play and Learn" software for the kids of 4th-8th grades.
