- Training 500+ life-science researchers in Research Data Management (RDM) and in reproducible data and software practices (Carpentries Instructor). - Coordinating the RDM training team (7 people). - Contributing to two peer-reviewed publications, the FAIRsFAIR handbook and the NFDI4Microbiota Knowledge Base. - Advising researchers on the use of Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELNs) and on writing their Data Management Plan (DMP). - Presentations and training at national and international events.

- Participation in the proposal writing and in the management of the National Research Data Infrastructure for Microbiota Research (NFDI4Microbiota). - Training of life science researchers in research data management. - Participation in the development of a software for finding Electronic Lab Notebooks. - Automation of the actualisation of the PUBLISSO Repository Finder. - Participation in the creation of the ZB MED COVID-19 Hub.

- Automation of data acquisition, sanity checks, data preparation and data integration of daily weather observations. - Comparison of weather observations and forecasts, both visually and using metrics. - Comparison of the distribution of weather stations. - Assessing the correlation between meteorological and agricultural variables. - Computing the distances between weather stations and relevant map features. - Raster and soil property data generation. - Advising clients based on technical results.

- Fieldwork and lab work. - Joining a one-month ornithological expedition on the Yamal Peninsula, where I gave two interviews. - Running molecular phylogenetic analysis. - Two-month internship in ecological modelling at the Naturalis Biodiversity Centre. - Sharing my findings in two peer-reviewed papers and during six international conferences. - Contributing to an outreach policy plan in collaboration with WWF Ukraine to raise public awareness of the biodiversity demise in the Danube Delta.
