- participation in Net Asset Value Calculation - booking financial operations on the investment funds’ accounts and daily reconciliation of fund position - cooperation and correspondence with other departments involved in Net Asset Value Calculation and Portfolio Managers in order to clarify discrepancy between investment funds’ accounts and received instructions - taking active part in launching/liquidation of investment funds

- accurate investigations based on the original corporate documents, public primary sources and internal systems (KYC) Know Your Customer - prevention of the financial crimes, money laundering and terrorism - cooperation and correspondence with Relations Bankers, local compliance, AML officers and RDDM Management in Amsterdam, London and other countries

- providing assistance to Polish and German companies to establish contacts with potential business partners in both countries - conducting business correspondence with German companies regarding their queries on production, import of goods and business activities in Poland - preparing and conducting of ongoing promotional events organized by the department - translating economic and legal texts

- introducing products of ‘Top Travel & Tours India’ to the Polish market - gaining new customers and business partners from the touristic sector - analysing the Polish tourism market, preparing reports and presentations in English and German - preparing marketing materials (Power Point presentations, advertising brochures, leaflets)

- providing assistance to students in current issues (organizing student projects, scholarships, dormitories) - cooperation with other departments of the university (Rector’s Office, Deanery, Bursary, Marketing Department, Faculties) and Student Unions of other universities - running the Student Union Office
