- Developing data-driven packages in SSIS 2008 and 2012 as part of automating the process of stock depreciation and rebate calculation of various products distributed on different dimensions. - The development of data-driven packages included a variety of transformations, for example slowly changing dimensions, lookup, data conversion, sort, merge, aggregate, Conditional split, etc. - Developing effective reports in accordance with business requirements using SSRS, Crystal Reports, QlikView and Power BI.

- Handling reported issues and providing immediate support for its resolution. - Efficiently manage the technical queries raised from the clients and other departments as well. - Coordinate and communicate with the clients in getting the issues / tasks done. - Assisting Technical Writer in making the user manuals. - Provide assistance to other Support Engineers in resolving the issues.
