Prepare and maintain project master schedule. Update progress reports, KPI's and project dashboards.

• Responsible for updating project schedules along with the preparation of entitlement and recovery programs • Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports. • Establish progress measuring system for new projects and develop progress report templates in line with management and client requirements • Generate manpower productivity curves and identify areas for improvement • Liaise with client for front availability and follow up with project team members to expedite progress

• Responsible for updating of capital programs both in feasibility and construction phases in MS Project & P6 • Preparation of Monthly Progress reports along with the updating of dash boards, risk registers • Involved in the preparation of Tender Programs • Generate cash flow curves

• Preparing the macro and micro level schedule for all the projects handled by the team using tools like MS project and Primavera

• Responsible for the preparation and updating of Tender Schedules, Project Baseline schedules and Forecast Schedules at various levels • Train and support end users in the implementation of ERP Ln 6.1 by being the Key User of ERP Packages • Generate MIS reports through ERP
