Execute IT Audits including testing to ensure adherence with established controls, and reporting known or possible deficiencies. Participate in and execute technical audit projects focused on evaluating the design and effectiveness of governance over application, infrastructure, and cybersecurity controls and processes. Perform information control reviews to include system development standards, operating procedures, system security, programming controls, business continuity, and system maintenance.

Utilize IT Frameworks (e.g COBIT, ISO 27000, GAPP, SANS, NIST) to perform audits. Execute IT Audits of the Bank according to the annual Internal Audit Plan. Evaluate and validate the design and operating effectiveness of designated application and IT general controls. Execute assigned audits in line with internal audit standards within agreed timelines. Prepare formal written audit reports and supporting work papers that document testing and conclusions on the adequacy of controls.

Operating ITIL processes through HP Openview (Incident, Change, Problem & Configuration Management), Provide support to applications used within the company. Plan and perform actions to keep user satisfaction at the top level.

As an assistant student at Department of Electronic Engineering, was worked as a student assistant in Department of Textile Engineering Computer Programming courses.

Active access systems (MSAN, DSLAM, Pizza Box, Digital line multiplexers etc.). Wireless access systems (Wi-Fi hotspots, etc.)-They payphones and FTTx applications with renovation work.
