Focus on applied geotechnical problem-solving, risk mitigation, and professional practice – spanning subject matter including ground investigations, geohazard mitigation, rock mechanics, soil mechanics, hydrogeology, land contamination, geotechnical data analysis. Strong emphasis on applied geotechnical problem-solving, risk mitigation, reporting, and data-supported decision-making.

Integrated Master’s degree – 2:1. Modules specializing in structural geology, GIS, environmental modelling, environmental geophysics, geohazards, core/rock logging, geotechnical surveying, sustainability, political theory, mining/mineral exploration and geoenergy. Extensive experience in field work and technical report writing, acting as the ERT surveying lead for a small team performing surveying work. Master’s research project focused on flood modelling and fluvial sensitivity analysis.
