Responsible for the Creation of a 10 year Business Plan of the first Semiconductor Manufacturing Facility based upon 300mm Wafer Technology, including: • Capital Investment, operating Expense & Sales Forecast • Headcount Planning, Technical Parameters and Product/Volume Forecasts & Ramp up Planning • Toolset & POR Evaluation and Scenarios. The Business Plan was successfully audited by PWC and ADL and approved by the Infineon AG Management Board.
