Responsible for increasing service productivity of large combustion engines on a program management level with levers like component cost down, reliability improvement, life time extension, etc.. This includes collecting and creating productivity ideas and opportunities, check commercial and technological feasibility and calculate business cases and budgets together with the involved departments. Further responsibilities are project kick-off, project tracking and removal of road blocks.

Planning and implementation of cost optimization projects. Focus on forged and casted parts as well as elastomer components. Furthermore, developing of service products (upgrades, modifications, customizations) for large combustion engines.
