Field operations for TSMG's autonomous vehicle and mapping programmes in Berlin. - Drive planned collection routes across the city against daily targets - Look after the vehicle and the equipment on board - Responsible for finishing the route and for the data coming back clean enough to use Certified by TSMG Academy in Autonomous Vehicle Driver Foundations, July 2026.

Ran daily operations for a fleet of 44 intercity buses on long distance routes across Tamil Nadu. - Planned dispatch so every scheduled bus left the depot on time and in safe condition - Scheduled preventive maintenance around vehicle availability and workshop capacity - Led the mechanics and electricians across shifts - Handled breakdowns and got stranded passengers moving again - Spare parts procurement and vendor coordination Measured on fleet availability, on time departure and vehicle downtime.

Project side: three product projects including BE Connect and the GBH 200 tool line. Built schedules, tracked milestones, coordinated engineering, procurement and production. Tracking and reporting in SAP ERP. Later took on the spare parts section and ran order to dispatch end to end: SAP order intake, material allocation with planning, collection with logistics, then picking, packing and dispatch with a small team.

All coursework completed, currently in the thesis phase. Thesis: AI Agents in Project Management. Project work: battery swapping systems for urban mobility. Studied project management, Agile and Scrum frameworks, leadership, strategic management and operations.

Studied part time alongside full time employment. Grade 1099 out of 1800.
