The Global Supplier Quality Manager shall support the Strategic Sourcing, Site Supply Chain and the Engineering Support Lead in achieving the best supplier to the related products. Conduct supplier evaluation and audits to make sure to have the best quality performance in a very early beginning of the projects. This will include supporting the planning and execution of improvement programmes within the value stream through to satisfactory conclusion with support from other members of the value stream team.

Analyze customer process user requirements specification up/down stream process. Take ownership of large and complex projects from the initial enquiry phase until final sign of the projects. Technical lead discuss, propose, define final engineered technical system solution with the customer. Make sure the project is delivered in accordance to specification, on time and within budget. Ability to share the working experience with other team members and act as technical expert/coach within the team.

Analyze customer process user requirements specification for engineered upstream process equipment (including different technologies of bioreactors for suspension and adherent cell lines and perfusion technology etc.) used in the upstream stream process.

-> Planung, Koordination, Durchführung und Auswertung komplexer Laborexperimente im Bereich Fermentation und Ernte -> Wissenschaftliche Auswertung, Dokumentation und Präsentation von Prozessentwicklungsdaten. -> Anwendung von komplexer Software zur Datenanalyse wie z.B. Datenvisualisierung oder Design of Experiments -> Erstellen von Entwicklungsberichten in englischer Sprache -> Koordination von internen Schnittstellen -> Einarbeitung von neuen Kollegen/innen in den diversen Fermentationssystemen
