IMS DEN team (DC Practice ENablers) is primarily responsible for the bench resource management and opportunity tracking across the various Delivery units (DCs). Client : National Grid  Proactive identification of Servers and database environments to consolidate.  Taking an overall TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) perspective and reducing it; for example, reducing the number of oracle product installations per server resulting in significant costs avoidance. Be compliant with the theme of “Maximizing Asset Utilization” .Submit Analysis Report and Migration chart for databases etc.

As a part of DBA Projects Team I was responsible for providing database support for all new applications or enhancements to existing applications in National Grid, implementing these changes in Production and providing Post Implementation Support.

To develope Payroll package which is a complete Payroll Management System developed as a product that takes care of the monthly salary of all the employees in different departments with different designations in the firm. It generates the salary of an employee monthly taking care of the salary arrears, Income tax, allowances, deductions etc. This is developed as a web-based product.
